Convert Outlook Express 4.5 messages, address book to Entourage (if 0002 doesn't work)

Royally Dirty Kludge

1. Move mailboxes to PC and decode, as before

2. Using Emailchemy, convert the decoded mailboxes to RFC-822 mbox files

3. Convert line-breaks, if necessary, to *nix or Mac format

4. FTP mbox's back to Mac

5. Using FileType, set both creator and type fields to MBOX

6. Drag mbox files onto running Entourage

Detailed Description:
- Do not attempt to use Emailchemy to do the conversion on the Mac, as it does not work. This appears to be a bug in Emailchemy.

- This method is considerably easier than 0002
